The conflict between Israel and Hezbollah has intensified, with Israel launching attacks on Hezbollah targets. In retaliation, Hezbollah carried out strikes on Israel, which the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) reported were aimed at civilians.

Qatar’s Prime Minister and Foreign Minister, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, is expected to participate in Gaza ceasefire talks in Cairo on Saturday, according to a source familiar with the discussions, as reported by Reuters.

Earlier, a Hamas delegation arrived in Cairo for discussions but stated that it would not officially participate in the current round of negotiations.

Additionally, a high-level Israeli delegation visited Cairo this week after a recent trip to Doha to discuss a new deal proposal with US, Egyptian, and Qatari negotiators.
