In the recent light of events in Sushant Singh Rajput’s death, it has surfaced that Rajput and Rhea Chakraborty were directors in a company whose domain name were changed after his death. The IP address and the domain name of Sushant’s company were first changed on 23 June and the latest change was done on 7 August.
Sushant had registered three companies. Vividrage Rhealityx Private Limited was set up on 12 September 2019, as per ROC records. The firm had three directors — Sushant Singh Rajput, Rhea Indrajit Chakraborty and Showik Chakraborty. Its authorised share capital is Rs 100,000 and its paid-up capital is Rs 100,000. It is involved in other computer-related activities (for example, maintenance of websites of other firms/creation of multimedia presentations for other firms). Its registered address was Flat No. A-503, Sai Fortune, Plot No. 15, Sector 8, Ulwe, Navi Mumbai, PANVEL Raigarh, Maharashtra.
Interestingly, intended or not, this company’s name has Rhea in it. Front India For World Foundation was incorporated very recently on 6 January 2020. It is involved in social work activities. Its authorised share capital is Rs 100,000 and its paid-up capital is Rs 100,000. The firm had two directors, Rhea’s brother Showik Chakraborty and Sushant Singh. The registered address is the same as for Vividrage Rhealityx. The third company where Sushant Singh was a director was based in Gurugram and did not have Rhea or her brother on the board. Innsaei Ventures Private Limited is a private limited company incorporated on 26 April 2018. The other directors were Varun Mathur and Saurabh Mishra. It is involved in other service activities.
Sushant was planning to enter into the world of virtual reality and had also registered a patent for it. Beside this Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Shovik changed the company Vvidrage Rhealityx private limited IP address 17 times. On 14 June, original IP address was of Scottsdale and after his death he again changed the IP address on 23 June.
The last IP address changed on NS Server is as recent as 7 August 2020. That too, the domain has been changed from GoDaddy to Google LLC.
