Our soldiers have been seen participating in International Yoga Day from different parts of the country. Soldiers of the Indian Army, stationed in the icy northern regions of the country, proved their dedication. These warriors wore heavy white winter clothing, faced the bitter cold, and gave their all in yoga classes with the proper mats. They performed a variety of basic asanas, such as Triangle Pose, seated upward stretches, focused breathing exercises, and stretches, concluding each session with a courteous Namaskar.
Health Benefits Of Doing Yoga:
Practicing Yoga not only relaxes and soothes your body muscles and mind but also builds strength and flexibility. Yoga impacts the body’s muscles, joints, skin, internal organs, bones, breathing, and brain through asanas and other techniques. Posture and breath are integral physical components of yoga.
