Will be able to resume bookings shortly, says Go First amid cancelling all flights till 19 May

Go First airways has canceled all of their flights until 19 May, citing operational concerns. Previously, these cancellations were permitted until12 May. Now in a statement the company expressed that “We regret to inform that due to operational reasons, Go First flights scheduled till 19th May 2023 have been cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the flight cancellations.”

The airline furthermore stated that a full refund would be issued to the original mode of payment as soon as possible as they “acknowledge the flight cancellations might have disrupted your travel plans and we are committed to providing all the assistance we can.”

They further revealed that they will resume the booking shortly as they said “We will be able to resume bookings shortly. We thank you for your patience.”

For those unfamiliar, the company recently filed an application for immediate insolvency resolution and the revival of its operations. The brand currently has 50 aircraft in its fleet, with half of them grounded due to engine failure.
