The White House has released a statement after a deadly terrorist attack in South Kashmir, which resulted in dozens dead and many more injured. Leavitt said, “The President has been informed, and we are aware that dozens were killed, with even more wounded in this barbaric attack on a popular destination in South Kashmir.” President Trump will make a call to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to express his sympathy for the death and extend support to the victims.
Leavitt deplored the terrorist attack, highlighting that these acts of violence underscore the relevance of the world mission for stability and peace. The White House sent its best wishes and unconditional support to India, reasserting its relationship with the country.
