War Message: India warns Pakistan with Operation Sindoor

Top government sources confirmed that Operation Sindoor was launched as a direct and strategic response to the April 22 terror attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir, where 26 civilians lost their lives. The operation was intended to send a strong and clear message to terror groups and their handlers in Pakistan.

Targeting the head, not just the foot soldiers

“This time, we went after the head of the snake, not just the foot soldiers,” sources told PTI, highlighting that India’s retaliation was not limited to just operational-level terrorists. The intention, they said, was to dismantle the very leadership and infrastructure that fuels terrorism across the border.

Psychological and strategic shift

Government sources also emphasized the psychological impact of the operation. “The new normal is it’s not business as usual anymore,” they said, adding that India’s approach now includes crossing previously accepted boundaries, including the Line of Control and International Border if needed, regardless of the nuclear threat.

Terrorists have no safe haven in Pakistan

“No place in Pakistan is safe for terrorists. Nobody is untouchable — everyone is touchable,” sources stated, stressing that India will no longer tolerate cross-border terrorism. The operation was aimed at making it clear that geography will not shield those responsible for attacks on Indian soil.

Chinese drones used in response

Responding to reports that Pakistan used Chinese-made drones during its countermeasures, sources remarked, “It’s no surprise. China is Pakistan’s biggest defence supplier.” They also noted that the presence of such drones further reinforces the seriousness of the situation.
