Arrests in multiple districts
The arrests took place in different districts of Assam. Here are the details:
- Ajim was arrested by Karbi Anglong Police
- Hasinur was arrested by Dhubri Police
- Abdul was arrested by Lakhimpur Police
These individuals are believed to have expressed support for Pakistan or shown connections to anti-national activities.
53 in jail so far
With these latest arrests, the number of individuals jailed for sympathising with Pakistan has risen to 53, according to the official update posted at 22:30 hrs on May 11.
