SpiceJet Cancels Flights Due To Heavy Rain, Delhi Airport Partial Closure

SpiceJet flights have been cancelled due to bad weather conditions and heavy rain, with operations at Terminal 1 of Delhi Airport partially closed until further notice.

Early morning, at least three people were injured when the roof of Terminal 1 at Delhi Airport collapsed amid heavy rain, leading to significant disruption and flooding in the city.

As, parts of Delhi-NCR received heavy rain for the second consecutive day, providing respite from the intense heat. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) predicts ongoing showers throughout the day, accompanied by thunderstorms and winds blowing at speeds of 20-40 km/h for the next two hours.
