The call was received at 9:03 AM, with the unknown caller saying bombs had been placed at the historic sites. In response, several police units, bomb disposal teams, and Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) personnel were immediately deployed to the two locations.

A Delhi Fire Services official confirmed, “The security agencies (were instructed) to rush to the places and make thorough checks on Thursday morning.” He further added, “We rushed one fire tender at the location and made thorough searches. But nothing suspicious was detected at the locations.”
