AAP MP Raghav Chadha has called on the Central Government to initiate talks with Pakistan to establish a safe corridor to Shri Nankana Sahib, the birthplace of Shri Guru Nanak Dev. Chadha emphasized the need for a hassle-free and cost-free pilgrimage for devotees.
“There should not be any mandatory requirement of passport, visa, and cumbersome forms for the devotees. Also, no fee should be charged from the devotees. A safe road passage should be created starting from Amritsar (Attari Wagah Border) till Shri Nankana Sahib in Pakistan,” said MP Raghav Chadha.
Chadha’s appeal aims to facilitate easier access for pilgrims, ensuring a seamless journey to the revered site in Pakistan. The proposal, if accepted, would significantly enhance the spiritual experience for devotees, eliminating bureaucratic and financial barriers.
