In a major update related to the Pune Porsche crash case, the city’s court sent teen parents and another accused Ashfaq Makandar to judicial custody for 14 days on Friday.
This decision comes around the time, when the teen is still in observation home till June 25, and teen parents are currently in police custody for exchanging blood samples at Sassoon General Hospital to save their son from punishment.
Additionally, the teenager’s grandfather and the doctors have been detained on separate charges: the grandfather for the wrongful confinement of the family driver, and the doctors for swapping the teenager’s blood samples with those of the mother.
Currently, the teen’s father has been arrested for allowing his son to drive Porsche car without license.
On May 19, the Porsche car driven by builder Vishal Agrawal’s son collided with a bike which resulted in the death of two IT professionals named Anish Awadhiya and Ashwini Koshta in Pune’s Kalyani Nagar.
As per police, the teen was drank alcohol at that time.
