“Muslim Community Realised that Cong Turned Them Into a Pawn”: PM Modi Targets INDIA bloc

Prime Minister Narendra Modi criticized the INDIA bloc for what he termed as “appeasement politics,” asserting that the Muslim community has awakened to the fact that the Congress has treated them as mere pawns and is now rejecting their deceitful tactics and vote-bank strategies.

Speaking at a public rally in Sitapur, PM Modi emphasized that various government schemes, such as PM Awas Yojana, Nal Jal Yojana, and Ujjawala Gas Yojana, have benefited all citizens, including the Muslim community, without discrimination.

He highlighted that Muslims have realized they were being manipulated by the Congress and the INDIA bloc and are now distancing themselves from such divisive politics.

PM Modi accused the Congress and its allies of resorting to open appeasement to retain the Muslim vote bank, citing instances like including Muslims in the OBC list in Karnataka without proper procedure.

He vehemently opposed the idea of reservations based on religion, reiterating his commitment to protecting the Constitution and ensuring that reservations remain for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, and Other Backward Classes.

PM Modi stressed that under the BJP government, schemes are directed towards benefiting the poor, adhering to the principle of “Sabka Sath Sabka Vishwas.”
