JAMMU, April 23: The Jammu and Kashmir Police have taken a significant step in the pursuit of justice following the heinous killing of Mohd Razaq in Kunda village of Rajouri district. A reward of Rs 10 lakh has been announced for any information leading to the identification and capture of the terrorist involved in the attack.
