Gangster Chhota Shakeel’s Brother-In-Law, Arif Shaikh, Dies Due To Heart Attack

Gangster Chhota Shakeel’s brother-in-law Arif Abubakr Shaikh aka Arif Bhaijan, has passed away due to a heart attack on Friday.

He passed away at JJ Hospital in Mumbai. Arif Shaikh was arrested by National Investigation Agency (NIA) in 2022, on the grounds of terror funding, connected to underworld don Dawood Ibrahim. Since then, He was locked in Arthur Jail.

Earlier on July 2023, NIA seized his property in the Mira Road area at Thane district as terrorism proceeds.

The Anti-terror organization NIA had registered a case against Dawood, his brother Anees, Chhota Shakeel, and others in February 2022, under the grounds of arms smuggling, narco-terrorism, money laundering and circulating fake Indian currency notes in the country.

Furthermore, NIA has also accused Sheikh for actively participating in the extortion of huge money for terror activities of D-company.

They also bought assets to raise funds for terror and is accused of collaborating with many international terror organizations.

His brother and Mohammed Salim Qureshi were actively involved in extorsion of money through property deals and disputes in the name of D-company.
