Important Indian Representatives in the Agreement
The Indian side was headed by Defence Secretary Rajesh Kumar Singh, while Navy Vice Chief, Vice Admiral K Swaminathan, was also in attendance at the signing ceremony. The agreement is another strengthening of defense relations between the two countries.
