Encounter Breaks Out Between Terrorists and Security Forces in Udhampur

An intense encounter has erupted between terrorists and security forces in the Khaned area of Basantgarh, District Udhampur. Reports indicate that 3-4 terrorists are believed to be trapped in the dense forest area.

Encounter started after security forces launched extensive search operations in the region. The Jammu and Kashmir Police, Indian Army, and CRPF are actively engaged in efforts to neutralize the terrorists.

Earlier this week, contact was established with the same group of terrorists, but they managed to escape the initial cordon. This incident marks the third encounter in the past three days in Jammu and Kashmir.
