Indian television actress Divyanka Tripathi, currently visiting Italy, has reached out to the country’s Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, for assistance following a robbery. Her heartfelt plea on social media has resonated with fans and sparked discussions about tourist safety in Italy, urging local authorities to take immediate action.

Divyanka, known for her roles in various TV shows, recounted her ordeal on Instagram, revealing that her bag, which contained her passport, money, and other crucial documents, was stolen during her sightseeing tour. The actress conveyed her anxiety and frustration, mentioning the challenge she faces in mustering the courage to continue her vacation.

In her social media post, she addressed Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and the Italian Embassy in India, requesting help to retrieve her stolen belongings. She wrote, “Dear PM Ms @GiorgiaMeloni We were passionately touring Italy until we got robbed. Reported to the police. But robberies are being taken so casually here that we have already lost hope along with our enthusiasm. How will I & my people ever gather courage to visit Italy again?”
