Swati Maliwal Assault Case: Delhi Court Dismissed The Regular Bail Plea Of Bibhav Kumar

The Tis Hazari Court in Delhi dismissed the regular bail plea of Bibhav Kumar on Friday in connection with the alleged assault on AAP Rajya Sabha member Swati Maliwal. This marks the second instance where the court has rejected his bail application, with the first dismissal occurring on May 27.

Maliwal accused Bibhav Kumar of repeatedly hitting her with “full force” during the incident on May 13, alleging that he slapped her 7-8 times and kicked her in the chest and abdomen when she visited the chief minister.
