Delhi Court Denies Bail to Co-Owners in Coaching Centre Drowning Case

The Rouse Avenue Court has rejected the regular bail plea of four co-owners of the coaching centre basement where a tragic drowning incident occurred. The court’s decision came in response to the plea made by the co-owners in connection with the case involving the drowning of three UPSC aspirants in the basement of their coaching centre.

In its ruling, the court noted that the investigation into the incident is still in its early stages. Consequently, it decided not to grant bail to the accused at this time. The court emphasized the need for further investigation before considering any changes to the detention status of the co-owners.

The drowning incident, which resulted in the deaths of three aspiring civil service candidates, has sparked significant concern and scrutiny. The case has drawn widespread attention to safety regulations and management practices in educational institutions.

The four co-owners remain in custody as the investigation continues, and further proceedings are expected to shed more light on the circumstances surrounding the incident.
