Congress Chief Mallikarjun Kharge has arrived at Rashtrapati Bhavan to attend Narendra Modi’s third consecutive oath-taking ceremony.
He is invited to the ceremony in the capacity of the Leader of the Opposition (LoP) in the Rajya Sabha.
