Big Breaking: Major Infiltration Bid Foiled on LoC in Poonch

In a significant development, alert troops have successfully foiled an infiltration bid along the Line of Control (LoC) in the Battal area near Nangi Tekri, Poonch. The infiltrating terrorists were effectively engaged with heavy fire by the vigilant forces.

According to sources, alert Army troops deployed on the LoC in Nangi Tekri and the Battal area of Poonch noticed some suspected movement of armed terrorists attempting to infiltrate from across the fenced area. Troops immediately took positions and cordoned off the area. During the exchange of fire, the forces managed to foil the terrorists’ attempt to infiltrate.

However, during the intense exchange of gunfire, one brave soldier sustained injuries. The injured soldier has been shifted to a hospital for treatment. The operations are ongoing as troops continue to secure the area.
