Gopal Rai, Kailash Gahlot, Saurabh Bharadwaj, and Imran Hussain will remain in the Delhi council of ministers as the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) retains these four officials. They will take the oath of office on Thursday alongside chief minister-designate Atishi.
The party also announced that Mukesh Ahlawat will join the cabinet as a new minister in the Delhi government.
Atishi and her cabinet are set to be sworn in on September 21, following Arvind Kejriwal’s resignation as Delhi chief minister on Tuesday, as Atishi moves to establish a new government.
Atishi has been instrumental in managing 14 portfolios, including finance, education, and revenue, particularly during Kejriwal’s imprisonment.
