Rajya Sabha MP for the AAP Swati Maliwal went to the Civil Lines police station on Monday and reported that she had been mistreated by a member of Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal’s personal staff, according to police authorities. A formal complaint has not yet been received by police.
According to officials, Maliwal also called PCR following the reported verbal altercation. They said that the two calls were placed at 10 a.m.
A team from the Civil Lines police station reached the chief minister’s residence after that. There was no immediate reaction from either the chief minister’s residence or from Delhi’s ruling Aam Aadmi Party.
