The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) launched its campaign song, “Phir Layenge Kejriwal” (Will Bring Back Kejriwal Again), on Tuesday, gearing up for the highly anticipated Delhi Assembly elections. The catchy anthem aims to boost support for party leader Arvind Kejriwal, who seeks a third consecutive term as Delhi’s Chief Minister.
In a bold move, while targeting Ramesh Bidhuri, Kejriwal targeted the BJP in his speech, saying, “Hmare desh ki Gaalibaaj party ke netao ko bhi ye gaana pasand aayega to agar wo caahe to apne ghar me kamra band krke ye gaana chala skte hain or ispe thirak sakte hain” (The people of our country’s ‘Gaalibaaj Party’ will also like this song, and if they wish, they can play it in a closed room and dance to it). His remarks sparked a playful yet pointed jab at his political opponents.
