NMIMS launches B.Com and BBA degree programmes
NMIMS Global Access, the education arm of SVKM’s NMIMS (deemed to be university), has forayed into graduate degree programmes with two programmes: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com). Aspirants in urban, rural, and remote locations can now access programmes from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS). Students will have access to an expert faculty pool consisting of over 300 academicians and industry veterans. The intuitively home-grown learning management platform lets a student ‘study and revise anytime, anywhere’. Students will be provided with textbooks as well as ebooks and recordings of all live lectures will be available on the student portal.
IIIT Naya Raipur conducts online orientation programme
With the education system shifted to virtual medium of learning due to the coronavirus pandemic, IIIT Naya Raipur also took the help of digital means and recently conducted its induction ceremony online to welcome the incoming batch of M.Tech and PhD students. The virtual event saw the attendance of over 27 newly admitted M.Tech and PhD students as well as the faculty and staff members of the institute. Welcoming the new students to the family of IIIT Naya Raipur, Dr Pradeep K. Sinha, Vice Chancellor and Director, IIIT Naya Raipur, introduced them to the basic core values of the institute. He also highlighted the availability of various state-of-the-art laboratories in the institute that enable students to gain practical knowledge in their respective fields.

Simplilearn announces post-graduate course in cybersecurity
