This year, Rs 11,000 crore would be earned by developing about 3000 acres of land. New projects worth Rs 2,223.90 crore will be prepared on this land, including construction of residential housing and STP in Sector 20 and 28 for the people living in Rajiv Colony, Indira Colony and Kharak Mangoli slum areas of Panchkula on PPP mode, and construction of International Convention Centre in Sector 78 of Faridabad.

An amount of Rs 11,461.36 crore has been earned from the auction of which Rs 6,503.15 crore has been received from the residential sector, Rs 3,545.48 crore from the commercial sector and Rs 1,412.73 crore from the institutional sector. Gurugram Mandal has earned the highest income of Rs 5,434 crore from e-auction.

HSVP chief administrator Ajit Balaji Joshi said: “From the acquisition of land to the compensation of the farmers, the work is being completed well. Working for the interests of farmers and plot holders is HSVP’s main objective.”

During the meeting, he presented 44 agendas. In this, 2.75 acres of land in Bhainsa Tibba village was sanctioned to Shri Mata Mansa Devi Shrine Board. Space for charitable buildings for religious and social organizations was approved in Hisar, Karnal, Gurugram, Faridabad and Hansi. Approval was also given for the land of extension board of IIM, Rohtak, at Gurugram.

While presiding over the 123th meeting of HSVP, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal said that (HSVP) e-auction policy is completely transparent and more people are benefiting from it. “This policy has not only proved beneficial for common people but it has also increased HSVP’s income. HSVP has been directed to maintain the details of each property through Information Management System (IMS) so that complete data is available every day with the authority.”

The authority should have complete details of each plot including its auction, allotment, how many plots are left vacant in the sector concerned and how many have been developed through IMS.

He has also directed the authority to develop a dashboard. This meeting had been organized after one year. The HSVP officials have been asked to organise the meeting after every four months. Directions were given to hold the next meeting on August 10 so that further discussions can be held on the scheduled agenda.
