- Utilize following ingredients like 2 cups whole milk, ⅔ cup granulated sugar, 4 large egg yolks, 1 cup heavy cream and 1 teaspoon vanilla extra and take flavour of your choice.
- Take a saucepan, drop sugar & milk and heat them in medium level till the sugar is dissolved.
- In a different bowl, whisk the egg yolks until they become light-colored and thickened.
- Gradually add the hot milk mixture to the egg yolks and whisk continuously.
- Release the mixture into saucepan and cook in medium heat and mix constantly until it becomes thick.
