As reported by E! News, Affleck laughed off the comment and responded, “Very good, very good,” showing he took the question in stride.
Still Likes Latinas, Affleck Confirms
During the same brief conversation, the photographer asked Affleck if he still had a preference for Latinas. He replied without hesitation, “Yes, of course I do.” This isn’t the first time Affleck has shown signs of being open to dating again. Just last month, he discussed how he relates to the character he plays in The Accountant 2, Christian Wolff. The character has trouble forming romantic relationships, something Affleck finds relatable.
“Here’s a guy who’s trying to figure out, he wants to have a relationship with a woman,” Affleck said, explaining his connection to the role. He added, “He’s trying to figure out how to do that, how to put yourself out there,” as per E! News.
Dating Isn’t Easy, Says Affleck
Affleck acknowledged that dating—especially after a breakup—isn’t simple. He talked about how hard it is to understand signs and figure out whether someone is interested or not. “It’s not easy for anyone figuring out relationships,” he said. He continued, “Particularly at the very early part, where you’re trying to gauge, ‘What does this signal mean? Is this person looking at me? Do they like me? Am I going to humiliate myself if I go over there?'”

According to E! News, Lopez said in an interview that she made a promise to her kids. “I promised them that and I did it,” she shared. “And they feel it now. That gives me a great sense of peace in my life.”
