Central agency Enforcement Directorate has filed a charge sheet in a special court against Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain and others in the PMLA case on Wednesday.

Satyendar Jain and the other two officers are currently in judicial custody in this case, in fact, earlier, the ED had provisionally attached immovable properties worth Rs 4.81 crore owned by Jain on March 31, 2022. At the same time, Jain was arrested by the ED on May 30 under Section 19 of the PMLA.

The ED had filed an application in the court regarding this matter, but the court rejected it. Where the ED has challenged the July 6 order of the lower court. At the same time, the agency says that during that time Satyendar Jain was posted as Health Minister in the Delhi government.

Meanwhile, the ED said that he had raised this matter during the hearing on Jain’s interim bail, but the court, while rejecting his request, has fixed July 29 for the hearing, seeking a reply from LNJP Hospital.

Earlier on December 3, 2018, CBI filed a charge sheet against Satyendar Kumar Jain, Poonam Jain, Ajit Prasad Jain, Sunil Kumar Jain, Vaibhav Jain, and Ankush Jain.

However, Satendra Jain is currently in judicial custody.
