All political parties and stalwarts are on toes preparing for the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections to be held in Haryana next year. The ruling BJP and JJP are trying to form the government again, while the Congress and INLD, which have been in an exile from power for a long time, are leaving no stone unturned to bring it to an end as well as form the government. At the same time, carrying forward the political legacy, several bigwigs from different factions are seen quite active in a bid to establish their next generation in the state along with national politics.
In continuation to aforementioned, it is pertinent to mention that Bhupendra Singh Hooda , a Congress stalwart is one of the prominent leaders in state and national politics and even the party high command is pretty aware of his stature. Hooda’s son Deependra Hooda, who is a Rajya Sabha MP. He too is continuously moving with his father in the corridors of power. Leaders of other parties are also continuously taking on Hooda that Congress in Haryana has become a party of father-son duo in Haryana and Hooda is also continuously promoting his son as the CM face.
Similarly, Choudhary Brajendra Singh, grandson of farmer›s messiah Sir Chhotu Ram and son of Neki Ram, is counted among the prominent leaders. Despite his repeated efforts, Birendra Singh himself could never become CM, but presently he continues to come up with every possible effort to establish his son Brijendra Singh, a BJP MP, a big face in the politics of the state. Birendra Singh, who has turned 78, fiercely cornered his own party in the rally held on October 2, made it clear that he will make every possible effort to secure his son›s political career. He is constantly pressurizing BJP to bring its alliance with ally JJP to an end.
Likewise, Rao Inderjit, who is believed to have influence in the Ahir belt, is also counted among the powerful leaders. After feeling uncomfortable in Congress, he moved to BJP and is currently the Union Minister of State. For a long time, he was on toes to establish her daughter Arti Rao in state politics. He was seeking a ticket for her in 2019 but this could not happen due to BJP›s one family one ticket policy which was a huge obstacle. Due to this, his resentment towards the party came to the fore in some way or the other. It is also being discussed continuously that Rao Inderjit may take some big decisions before the elections. Similarly, Kuldeep Bishnoi who had quit Congress, joined the BJP with the assurance of a bright political future for his son Bhavay Bishnoi. Political experts believe that for the secure political future of his son, he is making every possible effort. At the same time, veteran Congress leader Kiran Choudhary is also making every possible effort for the political future of her daughter Shruti. Carrying forward the political legacy of former Chief Minister Bansi Lal, she is also a contender from Bhiwani seat in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections and is currently the working president of Congress. The Chautala family is one of the dominating political families in Haryana. After the disintegration in the family, both Ajay Chautala and Abhay Chautala separated their ways. Ajay›s son Dushyant who holds the portfolio of the Deputy Chief Minister is continuously strengthening himself. Likewise, Abhay Chautala is constantly trying to bring its golden era back as well as ensure the political future of his sons Arjun Chautala and Karan Chautala.
