Haryana’s Home Minister, Mr. Anil Vij, expressed deep condolences today on the demise of senior journalist Jnanendra Bharatiya. The senior journalist, 57-year-old Jnanendra Bharatiya from Delhi, passed away at Escorts Hospital in New Delhi in the past few days. In a condolence message released today, Mr. Anil Vij stated that the demise of Jnanendra Bharatiya is a significant loss for the journalism world, as he was like a star in the field of journalism. Mr. Vij mentioned that Jnanendra Bharatiya was not only a journalist but also a personal friend, and his departure feels like losing a family member to the journalism community.
On this occasion, Mr. Vij extended condolences to the grieving family and offered prayers for the peace of the departed soul. Representatives of various media organizations also expressed profound sorrow over his demise.
It is noteworthy that Jnanendra Bharatiya, a senior journalist who served in both print and electronic media, took his last breath at Escorts Hospital in New Delhi on Saturday and Sunday midnight. He had been unwell for the past few days. The news of his demise has created waves of grief in the journalism community. He originally hailed from Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh.
Jnanendra Bharatiya had worked as the News Head of A-2-Zed channel, News Head of MH-1 News channel, consultant at Prasar Bharati, and currently, he was serving as the Executive Editor of Pachajanya. In addition to this, he had contributed to leading dailies like Dainik Jagran and Dainik Bhaskar in Madhya Pradesh. Not only that, he had worked with the prominent national news channel India TV. Due to his nature and work style, he had developed friendly relations with several central ministers.
