Govind Parashar, president of the Rashtriya Hindu Parishad, demonstrated his frustration with the unfavorable election results for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) by smashing a television and setting it ablaze.

Parashar, a right-wing activist renowned for his media-attracting actions, expressed his displeasure with the Lok Sabha election outcomes announced on June 4. He emphasized that BJP leaders should show respect to their party workers and prioritize them.

Parashar in a statement said, “The country has once again fallen into the hands of those who used to say ‘Bharat tere tukde honge inshallah inshallah’.”

He added, “The Bharatiya Janata Party should also respect its workers and give them priority within the party.”

Earlier, before the counting of votes for the Lok Sabha Election Results 2024 started many members of the BJP party started predicting that the party’s vote count would cross 400 votes. But unfortunately, BJP’s vote count did not even cross 300 votes disappointing the party and its members.

Member of Parliament and CWC member Shashi Tharoor, during a press conference, had termed the “Abki bar 400 Paar” campaign a mere fantasy of the incumbent Bhartiya Janta Party-led Central government.
