On Thursday, crisis-hit airline Go First declared that its scheduled flight operations will remain cancelled till 12 June, adding that a full refund will be issued to the travellers.
Earlier, it was supposed to be cancelled till 9 June.
“We acknowledge the flight cancellations might have disrupted your travel plans, and we are committed to providing all the assistance we can,” Go First said in a tweet.
The airline operator had filed for voluntary insolvency in early May, and since then its operations have been stalled.
The civil aviation regulator, DGCA, has provided guidance to the airline, urging them to present a thorough restructuring or revival plan within 30 days. Upon submission of the revival plan by Go First, the regulator will review it to determine suitable next steps in the situation.
