Justin Baldoni’s lawyer has launched a public website to release documents related to his ongoing legal battle with Blake Lively. The website went live on Saturday, just two days before the highly anticipated court hearing scheduled for Monday.

The Legal Dispute

Baldoni and Lively, who starred together in It Ends With Us, are in a legal conflict after Lively accused Baldoni of sexual harassment and retaliating against her professionally. Baldoni strongly denies these allegations, stating that Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, sought to harm his reputation. Additionally, Baldoni claims that Lively took control of the film’s creative direction.

Public Documents Released

The website features two key documents: Baldoni’s amended $400 million lawsuit against Lively and Reynolds, and a 168-page “timeline of relevant events.” This timeline was filed as an additional exhibit to Baldoni’s lawsuit.

Statement from Baldoni’s Lawyer

Baldoni’s lawyer, Freedman, explained the need for the amended lawsuit, saying, “The overwhelming amount of new proof” made it the logical next step. Baldoni’s team insists that they have “nothing to hide.”

The Dispute Over Footage

Last month, Baldoni’s team released footage from a scene in It Ends With Us, arguing that it contradicts Lively’s accusations. However, Lively’s legal team disagrees, stating that the footage actually supports her claims. They emphasized, “Every frame of the released footage corroborates, to the letter, what Ms. Lively described in Paragraph 48 of her Complaint.”

Lively’s Response and Legal Strategy

Lively’s lawyers have requested media restrictions on Freedman to prevent public opinion from influencing the case. Additionally, they plan to seek the dismissal of Baldoni’s lawsuit.

Upcoming Court Proceedings

The first hearing is set for Monday in New York, but neither Baldoni nor Lively will be present. The trial itself has been scheduled for March 2026.
