The wait is finally over! Amazon Prime Video has dropped the much-awaited trailer for The Family Man Season 3, bringing back Manoj Bajpayee as the ever-charming yet troubled spy, Srikant Tiwari. This time, the stakes are higher than ever as Srikant faces a dangerous new threat while struggling to protect his family. The thrilling series, created by Raj and DK, is set to premiere on November 21.
The trailer opens with a shocking twist — Srikant finally reveals to his family that he is a spy. However, before they can process the truth, he finds himself in deep trouble. He’s now branded a wanted criminal, with an arrest warrant issued against him.
As chaos unfolds, Srikant goes on the run with his family, trying to figure out who is behind the conspiracy. His trusted partner JK Talpade (played by Sharib Hashmi) returns to help him, adding humor and heart to the tension-filled journey.
This season introduces two powerful new characters, Nimrat Kaur and Jaideep Ahlawat, who play major roles in Srikant’s downfall. Nimrat plays Meera, a cunning strategist pulling the strings from behind the scenes. Meanwhile, Jaideep Ahlawat plays a ruthless drug lord from India’s North-East, named Rukma, who poses a deadly challenge for Srikant.
In the trailer, we see intense action scenes, emotional moments, and plenty of sharp one-liners that the series is known for. Fans are already calling the trailer one of the best yet, praising the chemistry between Manoj Bajpayee and Sharib Hashmi, and Jaideep Ahlawat’s powerful presence.
After three years of anticipation, fans were eager to know why Season 3 took so long. Creators Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK addressed this at the Mumbai trailer launch, saying,
“Over the years, the love and adulation that audiences have showered on The Family Man have been truly overwhelming. We know the audience has been patient, and we wanted to ensure that the wait was worth it, raising the stakes this season with even more high-octane action, a gripping narrative, riveting performances, and an elevated, edge-of-the-seat experience.”
Their statement has fueled even more excitement among viewers who have been waiting since 2021 for Srikant Tiwari’s return.
Alongside Manoj Bajpayee, the series features Priyamani, Sharib Hashmi, Shreya Dhanwanthary, Gul Panag, Ashlesha Thakur, and Vedant Sinha in key roles.
In Amazon Prime Video’s official note, the plot reads, “In this season, the stakes and dangers are higher than ever before, as Srikant Tiwari is pushed to his limits when he comes face-to-face with formidable new adversaries in Jaideep Ahlawat (Rukma) and Nimrat Kaur (Meera). On the run, Srikant must navigate uncharted territories while confronting threats and enemies from both within and beyond the nation’s borders.”
