Then there are pakoras. They’re like crispy veggie nuggets coated in a special flour mix and fried until golden. Crunchy on the outside, soft on the inside, and bursting with flavor!
Ever heard of chaat? It’s like a flavor party in your mouth! Pani puri, bhel puri, and sev puri are popular chaat dishes. They mix crunchy bites with spicy sauces and sweet chutneys for a taste sensation that one won’t forget.

Delicious Sweets: People are fond of Indian sweets as India has a variety of sweets which is also known as mithai. These delectable treats are often made with a combination of milk, sugar, ghee, and a variety of nuts, resulting in a symphony of rich, indulgent flavors.
One of the most iconic Indian sweets is “gulab jamun,” soft and spongy milk dumplings soaked in a fragrant syrup infused with cardamom and rose water. With its melt-in-your-mouth texture and aromatic flavors, gulab jamun is a favorite at festivals and celebrations across India.
