How to Make Garlic Bread at Home in 10 minutes! | RECIPE

How many times has this happened that you have ordered garlic bread at your café outings, at brunch dates with friends, or candlelight dinners? We estimate a solid high number. Why? Because it is delicious! The crispy and fluffly bread, covered in garlic and butter, we all love it! But, do you know that it is very easy to make at home? Here's how you can save a restaurant trip, some money and make mouth-watering garlic bread in minutes at your home-sweet-home!

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4–5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan or mozzarella cheese (optional)
  • Oregano (optional)

Method:

Step 1: Mix butter with garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. 

Step 2: Spread the mixture on the bread slices.

Step 3: Heat the pan and add a little butter or oil to it.

Step 4: Place the bread on the pan, with the butter side up. 

Step 5: Cook for 2-3 minutes, until the edges are crispy, the butter melts into the bread, and it turns golden-brown.

Step 6: Remove the slice from the pan and repeat the process with the other slices.

Step 7: Sprinkle some oregano on top and serve warm. 

TIP: You can sprinkle some shredded cheese on top of the bread slice while cooking, if you want cheesy garlic bread.
