Mango Summer Fusion

This fusion drink provides essential vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants supporting hydration, digestion, and immune function during hot weather. Mango Summer Fusion is a creamy blend of ripe mango, milk, yoghurt, and honey or brown sugar. In a blender, combine diced mango, milk, yoghurt, and honey/brown sugar. Blend until smooth and creamy. Pour into glasses with freshly chopped mango and drizzle chia seeds on top then garnish with mint leaves if desired.

Jamun Blast

On the other hand, Jamun Blast utilizes fresh jamun, known for its antioxidant properties and low glycemic index. Take a handful of jamun and blend with water until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine sieve to remove any pulp. Add jaggery/ stevia and lemon juice to the strained juice, and stir well until it dissolves. Then, garnish with fresh mint leaves for a refreshing summer drink. A touch of lemon juice will add a tangy twist, while mint leaves will make it fresh and cooling, perfect for beating the summer heat.

Cooler with Cucumber and Lemonade

It helps to detoxify the body, supports digestion with its high water and fiber content, and provides a boost of vitamins and antioxidants from both cucumber and lemon.  Enjoy this summer drink with garnish of cucumber slices or a twist of lemon for an extra refreshing touch. In a blender, combine pineapple chunks, coconut water, coconut milk, and ice cubes and blend the ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into a glass and top with a pineapple slice or a sprinkle of shredded coconut.

Rose Sherbet

The rose syrup used in sherbet is often derived from rose petals. Rose petals are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, which contribute to skin health and immunity. To make rose sherbet at home, combine 1 cup of rose petals and boil with water for 30 minutes with stevia or brown sugar. After the syrup cools, squeeze a lemon and add earthen water. Then mix thoroughly until well combined, and serve.
