Everyone is aware that street food is less hygienic and less healthy compared to the food in restaurants, but many still enjoy eating it because of its delicious taste and affordable prices. Indian street food will never let you down when it comes to delicious street food. The list goes on and on, from panipuri to vadapav and aaloo chaat to sevpuri. However, everybody is eager to taste new things. So, here is a list of five unknown street foods that will bless your tastebuds if you try them. 

POHA- JALEBI 

Poha-jalebi is one of Indore’s and Bhopal’s most famous street foods, but it is still relatively unknown to many people. It is an amazing combination, to say the least. Whenever you visit Indore or Bhopal, you must try this amazing delicacy. 

TAMATAR KI CHAAT 

While the city of Varanasi is known for its holy pujas, ghats, and the river Ganga, it also offers delicious and unique street foods. As the name implies, “tamatar ki chaat” is simply chatpata chaat with tomato at the helm. Each bite contains an explosion of flavours, including spicy, sweet, sour, acidic, and crunchy. 

PALAK PATTA CHAAT 

India is the home of many tasty chaats; one such chaat, which is amazing but still undiscovered by many people, is palak patta chaat. This chaat, which is made by deep frying spinach and topping it with curd and chutney, is sure to alter your opinion of this unassuming green vegetable, which we usually end up blanching and using in gravies. 

DABELI 

Dabeli is a popular street food in Mumbai and Gujarat.Boiling potatoes with unique Dabeli masala, putting the mixture in a vada pav, and serving it with chutneys made from tamarind, date, garlic, red chilies, and other ingredients makes this delightful snack. 

KALADI KULCHA 

Kaladi kulcha is a traditional dish from the Udhampur district of Jammu. It is made with mature cheese and served with your choice of bread. This dish will make you drool over it completely and will become your favourite snack in no time.
