A meeting of the Block Project Implementation Unit was conducted to assess the progress at the block level as part of the Nipun Haryana Mission. The meeting took place at the Block Education Officer Office in Barwala, with District Elementary Education Officer Kamlesh Chohan as a special participant.
Block Education Officer Barwala, Joginder Lather, District FLN Coordinator Asindra Kumar, along with all cluster heads, B RP, and AB RC, actively participated in the meeting. During the session, Rajni, the Block FLN Coordinator, presented a comprehensive overview of the block’s FLN progress through a PPT. This presentation included the state-level FLN scorecard, progress at the cluster and school levels, CRC school visits, and notable block best practices.
In recognition of their outstanding contributions to making their classes proficient, five exemplary teachers from the FLN Compliance Classes section—Dharamveer, Sukhbir, Rajni, Rajesh, Paramjeet, and Saroj—were honoured during the event. The meeting also announced plans to honour another set of five teachers in the upcoming month.District Elementary Education Officer Kamlesh urged all cluster heads to consistently monitor schools under their jurisdiction and develop specific strategies for each school. District FLN Coordinator Asindra Kumar briefed the participants on the strategy devised for the forthcoming assessment.
