Karl Robinson, a former UFC fighter, was arrested in New Jersey last month in connection with a home burglary in which two suspects allegedly stole more than $200,000 in “exotic jewelry and valuables.”
Roberson, 32, was arrested on 27 March after police pulled him over in a vehicle linked to the burglary that occurred the day after Christmas in Howell Township, according to a news release issued over the weekend.
Roberson is facing several charges, including burglary, theft, and criminal mischief, after police discovered several alarming items in his vehicle.
“During the search officers found a defaced .9mm handgun with an extended magazine, several packages of suspected ‘crack cocaine,’ marijuana and items related to the burglary,” the press release reads.
Roberson is also accused of possessing a controlled dangerous substance and “several weapons offenses.”
On 26 December, 2022, officers responded to reports of a burglary on West Farms Road. According to police, the two suspects entered the house through a back door and “stole over $200,000 in exotic jewelry and valuables.”
