Former MLA Latika Sharma participated as the chief guest in the Vikas Bharat Sankalp Yatra Jansamvad at Government Senior Secondary School in Bhoj Tipra, Khand Morni. Village Sarpanch Khemraj, BDPO Ankur Kumar, and BDC Chairman Satbir Rana were also present to welcome the yatra.
Addressing the gathering, Mrs. Latika Sharma emphasized Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s commitment to ensuring the benefits of public welfare schemes reach the poor and needy. She highlighted the Prime Minister’s goal of making India a developed nation by 2047 and called for collective participation to achieve this resolution.
Latika Sharma praised Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal for promoting the slogan “Haryana One and Haryanvi One,” aiming to eliminate nepotism and caste-based politics while ensuring equal development across the state. She commended the Chief Minister’s dedication to the welfare of the people.
The former MLA highlighted the district administration’s efforts to provide doorstep services and resolve villagers’ issues. She encouraged villagers to make the most of the services and welfare schemes offered.
Various departments organized camps to inform villagers about central and state government welfare schemes, rectifying errors in documents like Ration Card, Aadhaar Card, and Ayushman-Chirayu Card on the spot. Latika Sharma recognized beneficiaries of welfare schemes, presented an excellent welcome song by government school children, and applauded their performances in
Haryanvi dance, patriotic songs, and drama. She administered the oath of a developed India to the audience and honored children with citations. In the afternoon, the yatra reached Bhoj Koti, where Sarpanch Uday Singh and dignitaries warmly welcomed the participants.
