Shah Rukh Khan has reportedly suffered a back injury while shooting an action sequence for his upcoming film King, directed by Siddharth Anand. The incident happened during a stunt at Mumbai's Golden Tobacco Studio, which led to a temporary halt in the film's production.

Sources close to the production revealed that the injury, though not critical, requires Shah Rukh to take complete rest for a month on medical advice. Following the injury, Shah Rukh reportedly traveled abroad for specialized medical consultation before returning to Mumbai. His team is closely monitoring his condition, and he is said to be responding well to treatment.

The filming schedule, which was supposed to continue through July and August, has been postponed. The team is now expected to resume shooting in early September, depending on Shah Rukh’s health.

A Star-Studded Lineup for King

Siddharth Anand (Pathaan) is the director of King, which features a well-known cast that includes Deepika Padukone, Abhishek Bachchan, Anil Kapoor, Jaideep Ahlawat, and SRK's daughter Suhana Khan. The movie promises a mix of dramatic action and heartfelt drama, which was filmed in several places in Europe and India.
