Rajvir Jawanda was a popular Punjabi singer and actor known for his strong voice, emotional lyrics, and hit songs. He earned fame with tracks like Kali Jawande Di, Khush Reha Kar, Do Ni Sajna, and many others.
Sadly, Rajvir Jawanda passed away after a tragic road accident in Himachal Pradesh, leaving his fans and the Punjabi music industry in deep shock.
His most recent release before his accident was the single “Tu Dis Painda” (released August 20, 2025). It was promoted around the time of the accident and became part of what turned out to be his last active work.
His final Instagram post (before the accident) has gone viral. The post shows him in an outdoor, scenic location, from a video with a song snippet “Tu Dis Painda” playing.
The caption read (translated): “No one will understand what the matter is between you and me. If I don’t remember you, tell me which moment that is.”
The last visuals he posted were from that same Instagram video/story. He appears standing in a lush landscape, wearing casual clothes. This was part of the story/video tied to “Tu Dis Painda.”
The last photo specifically is less documented, but the video still serves as a last public visual.
According to friends and reports, Rajvir’s last conversation with his wife revealed she was worried about his safety. She reportedly asked him not to go for the ride on the day he had the accident. Despite her concern, he proceeded with the ride.
He was riding a high-powered bike — a BMW R1300 GSA Option 719 valued at over ₹22 lakh — when the accident happened near Baddi in Solan district, Himachal Pradesh.
The ride was on September 27, 2025, while he was en route to Shimla.
He was married and had two young children. He came from a Sikh family in Pona, Jagraon, Ludhiana, Punjab. His parents supported him; his personal life was private.
