Uttar Haryana Electricity Distribution Corporation is committed to providing uninterrupted power supply to consumers. The Corporation is implementing several ambitious programs aimed at promptly resolving consumer issues.

The proceedings of the Forum of Chairman and Members of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum of North Haryana Electricity Distribution Corporation, Panchkula, are scheduled for March 26, 2023 (Tuesday), starting at 11:30 am. The meeting will take place at the office of the Superintending Engineer, located at SCO No. 96, 1st Floor, Sector-5, Panchkula.

Similarly, the Corporate Grievance Redressal Forum of North Haryana Electricity Distribution Corporation, Panchkula, chaired by the Chairman and members, will convene on March 27, 2024 (Wednesday) from 11:00 am to 4:00 pm. The meeting will be held at the office of the Corporate Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum (CGRF), located at Flat No. 520, Power Colony, Panchkula. During this period, only complaints from consumers in the Panchkula district will be addressed.

The Corporation’s spokesperson stated that the forum members will address various consumer issues in the Panchkula district, including complaints related to billing, voltage, metering, disconnections and connections, power supply obstacles, efficiency, safety concerns, reliability issues, and non-compliance with orders from the Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission.

However, the forum will not entertain cases involving penalties and fines for electricity theft and unauthorized usage under Section 126 and Sections 135 to 139 of the Electricity Act, as well as cases related to investigations and accidents under Section 161.
