The National Testing Agency (NTA) released the provisional answer key of the NEET UG 2025 exam. Applicants who took the national-level medical entrance exam on May 4, 2025, can now access the answer key from the official website — neet.nta.nic.in.
Candidates Can Challenge Answer Key Till June 5
Students not satisfied with any answer in the provisional answer key may file their objections online. The window for challenge of answer key is from June 3 to June 5, 2025. NTA has said, “Candidates can raise challenge for the captured responses and answer key through the official portal by paying ₹200 for each challenge.”
Candidates can access the provisional answer key directly from the official NTA website. The link offers OMR answer sheets as well as recorded responses.
Step-by-Step Process to Challenge NEET UG 2025 Answer Key
In order to raise a challenge against any question or recorded response, the candidates are advised to follow the following steps:

Visit the official NEET UG website: neet.nta.nic.in

Click on “Display OMR Answer Sheet/Challenge recorded response and answer key”

Log in with your application number and date of birth

View your OMR sheets and recorded responses

Select the question(s) you wish to challenge

Pay ₹200 per challenge using the online payment gateway

Download and save the payment receipt for reference
Once the challenge window is over, NTA shall scrutinize all the objections submitted. If a challenge is accepted, the final key of answers will be updated accordingly. But the agency made it clear that the candidates shall not be individually intimated about the outcome of their objections.
The NEET UG 2025 results, based on the final answer key, will be prepared by the NTA and released by June 14, 2025.
