CBSE LOC Submission Deadline Today: Schools Advised to Ensure Accuracy – Key Details Inside

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is closing the submission window for the List of Candidates (LOC) today, October 4, 2024. Schools are required to ensure that all student information is submitted accurately before the deadline.

No Corrections Allowed Post-Submission

CBSE has emphasized the importance of submitting correct student data, including their selected subjects. Once the data is uploaded, no corrections will be permitted. Principals and school heads have been reminded to prioritize accuracy and adhere to the set timeline for the 2024-2025 academic year.

Detailed Guidelines Provided by CBSE

The CBSE issued Circular No. CBSE/LOC/X-XI/2024-25/7667/E-File-163685, providing guidance on the submission process. The circular outlines key points for schools to follow, including ensuring the correct entry of student data and adhering to the submission schedule.

FAQs Released to Assist Schools

To help schools with the process, CBSE has also released a set of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs). These guidelines aim to ensure that student information is accurate, which is essential for the smooth conduct of the Class 10 and 12 board exams for the 2024-2025 academic year. Only students whose names are submitted through the LOC process will be eligible to sit for the upcoming exams.
