Meanwhile, the Minister for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and TRS working president KT Ramarao wrote to the Chief Election Commissioner and Election Commissioner of India to take necessary action against miscreants trying to create law and order issues by inciting violence in the state. He alleged that the BJP is trying to disrupt the law and order situation ahead of the Dubbaka assembly by-election.

“We received reliable information from valid sources that the Bharatiya Janata Party is planning to incite violence and create law and order issues in the Telangana state because of the upcoming Dubbaka Assembly Constituency By-election,” said KT Ramarao in his letter.

The BJP slammed the TRS for allegedly harassing Karimnagar MP Bandi Sanjay. “If the police had any grounds for his arrest, they could have done it without having to use brute force.
