Enhanced security measures to be implemented at all Delhi Metro stations

New Delhi: In response to the implementation of GRAP-III to combat pollution in Delhi, the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) will introduce an additional 20 train trips across its network starting from November 3, 2023 (Friday). Since the initiation of GRAP-II on October 25, the Delhi Metro has already been operating an extra 40 train trips on weekdays (Monday to Friday). As a result, beginning today, DMRC’s total number of extra train trips will be increased to 60. These measures are part of DMRC’s efforts to promote greater public transportation usage in the Delhi-NCR region.
