– October 29, 2024 – Dhanteras (Trayodashi Tithi): 6:31 PM to 8:13 PM
Dhanteras is an auspicious day for the buying of gold, silver, or new utensils. On this very day, devotees pray to Goddess Lakshmi and Lord Dhanvantari for wealth and well-being.
– 29 October 2024 – Yama Deepam (Trayodashi Tithi): 5:14 PM – 6:29 PM
On this day, devotees light a mustard oil diya to honor Lord Yama so as to avoid untimely death.
– 31 October 2024 Choti Diwali (Chaturdashi Tithi): 11:39 PM – 12:31 AM
Also known as Narak Chaturdashi, it is the victory of Lord Krishna over Narakasura. On this day, people bathe early in the morning and make prayers to their deities.
